The current service
Bracket Machine is a tournament-authoring workspace for editable brackets, notes, images, Arenas, annotations, exports, and bounded Live event access.
Server projects, the browser-local Canvas, the independent monitor, and creator package storage are separate systems. Availability in one does not guarantee availability in another.
Accounts and project responsibility
Guest sessions can use ordinary project features. Linking an email changes the account boundary used by the server; creator package upload and sideload intake require a linked non-guest email account.
Users remain responsible for keeping suitable copies of important work and for confirming that imported, linked, shared, or exported content may be used for their intended purpose.
User content and permissions
This draft does not transfer ownership of user-created project content to the operator. A production service still needs a counsel-reviewed, limited permission to host, process, display, back up, and deliver content only as needed to provide user-selected features.
A link, package field, attribution, or licence label does not prove that an uploader owns an asset or may distribute it.
Important product limits
Live currently transports bounded events but does not automatically project them into bracket slots, table nodes, or results. Session8 Facility is not available.
Creator submissions are private-draft or review-pending intake. Public creator listings, checkout, seller payout, tax calculation, final creator agreements, and verified buyer entitlements are not enabled.
This draft does not contain a binding arbitration clause, class-action waiver, final liability allocation, or waiver of mandatory consumer rights.
Changes, questions, and launch status
Material changes should be versioned, dated, and presented before they are relied on. A future production assent flow needs a durable copy and evidence of the exact language shown.
The operator identity and legal contact shown below are configurable launch fields. Placeholder values mean the public production identity is not ready.
Regional review notes
These notes identify launch-review work; they are not legal conclusions. The app’s selected region is a presentation preference and does not establish residence, citizenship, governing law, tax position, or entitlement.
en-CA · CADCanadian and provincial consumer requirements may apply despite this draft. Quebec-facing contract language and presentation need a separate French-language review before launch.
en-US · USDFederal and state consumer and contract rules vary. This draft does not select a state addendum, arbitration process, or waiver of mandatory rights.
en-GB · GBPUnited Kingdom consumer protections and rules on fair terms require a dedicated review. This draft does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
ja-JP · JPYJapanese-language presentation, consumer disclosures, electronic contracting, and cancellation terms need local counsel review before a Japan launch.
en-NG · NGNNigerian consumer, electronic-service, and contract requirements need local counsel review before public sale or subscription terms are offered.
